Our store uses Shopify Payments to complete your checkout process.
Shopify Payments allows you to use all major credit and debit cards (AMEX, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa), and depending on your location; Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We do not accept Paypal due to the high charges. By not accepting Paypal, we are able to keep prices competitive.
This can sometimes be common!
Make sure you allow up to 12 hours for the email to arrive, and ensure you have checked your spam folder.
Some providers, especially "@hotmail", "outlook", "@yahoo" and "@firstname.lastname@example.org" as well as non-mainstream domains may automatically block our emails coming in.
If you used a mobile number at checkout, you may have only used your mobile number and not an email which means we can't email you; you can contact our Client Relations team who will add your email to your email.
If you have used one of these emails, or you haven't and still haven't received your email after 12 hours, please contact our Client Relations team who will be able to help you.
